Q: Where is your datacenter located?

All of our VPSes are currently located in the heart of Europe - Lithuania.

Q: What type of CPUs do you use?

All of our Storage VPSes come equipped with an Intel® Xeon® E5-2603 v4 vCPU, and our Linux VPSes come with Intel® Xeon® Gold 6132 Skylake CPUs.

Q: What operating systems do you offer?

We offer CentOS, Fedora, Ubuntu and Debian. We also offer CloudLinux exclusively to Linux VPSes.

Q: What happens if I run out of bandwidth?

We reduce your server port speed 10 times until the new month starts. No worries, we won’t charge any extra fees or suspend your services.

Q: Do you offer IPv6 support?

Yup, we do! Every VPS comes with one IPv6 address, straight out of the box.

Website Hosting

Q: Do you support NodeJS?

At this time we do not support NodeJS on our hosting plans.

Q: Do you support PHP?

Yep! We offer ten hardened PHP versions (7.2, 7.1, 7.0, 5.6, 5.5, 5.4, 5.3, 5.2, 5.1 and 4.4), along with allowing accounts to select their PHP modules and PHP settings, through the PHP selector.

Q: Do you offer domain registration?

We do not offer domain registration at this time, however we do have plans to offer it in the future. Watch this space!

Q: What if I want to upgrade later?

We allow our clients to upgrade/downgrade their plans any time, through the Client Area. If you need any help with this, please get in touch via a ticket!

Q: Do you support applications like WordPress?

We do! You can use most popular web applications, such as WordPress, Joomla or Magento. Our installer carries over 200 web applications, ready to install with a few clicks!

Q: How long does setup take?

It's instant! All of our services are automatically set up right after payment.

Q: Can I upgrade/downgrade after ordering?

Of course! Just head over to the Client Area, find your product, and click on Upgrade/Downgrade.

Q: Where are your staff located?

We have staff operating around the globe in order to provide the most efficient customer support as possible.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept PayPal, however, we are looking to expand in the future.

Q: What payment cycles do you allow?

At the moment, you can only pay monthly for your service. We are working on offering other billing cycles in the future, however!
